Objective and theme of the programme
In Hong Kong, the process for assessment on Investment-Linked Assurance Scheme (ILAS) products has recently been formalised. Align with our mission to provide relevant learning, the CII Learning, Enhanced And Development (LEAD) Programme - ILAS CPD Masterclass is designed to facilitate the learning and better understanding of ILAS. We also recognise the importance of supporting professional development so Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is built in the programme to sustain and enhance the competencies of qualified professionals to meet the changing needs of the community.
The programme aims to equip insurance and financial planning practitioners in Hong Kong with core knowledge of financial planning, and further enhance and develop understanding in Investment-Linked Assurance Scheme (ILAS) as well as investment management.
