計劃的目標和主題

With the success of CII Learning Enhanced and Development (LEAD) programme, the CII introduces CII LEAD+ programme (hereinafter called the “Programme”) to facilitate the insurance professionals’ learning of ethics and investment planning as trusted professionals. We also recognise the importance of supporting professional development so Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is built in the programme to sustain and enhance the competencies of qualified professionals to meet the changing needs of the community. 

The programme aims to equip insurance and financial practitioners in Hong Kong with core knowledge of financial and investment planning, and further enhance and develop their understanding in ethics and regulations for financial advisers.
